LMFT, EMDR, EAGALA Certified Psychotherapist and Systemic Consultant
I bring a wide range of life experiences to my work with adults and children, which helps me connect with people in a real and understanding way. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s twists and turns—whether they’re expected or catch you completely off guard. These moments can bring stress, discomfort, or a sense of feeling alone, but you don’t have to go through them by yourself.
Therapy is a shared journey. Together, we’ll create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel supported and heard. Our time might unfold in the therapy room or out with the horses, where nature adds a powerful layer to the healing process.
With a systemic approach, I’ll help you uncover your own strengths and resources. Change is possible, and you already carry so much of what you need inside you. As we work together, you can begin to move forward with more clarity, resilience, and confidence—one step at a time.
If you’re ready to start or simply curious about what therapy might look like for you, please reach out and let’s begin this journey together.

When people are around horses, they learn to recognize and listen to their own bodies, transform previously unchallenged beliefs and behavioral patterns, and establish a more positive framework for the future. Working with horses allows people to connect to themselves and those around them in new and profound ways. It's all about relationships. Working with horses has also been shown to have many physiological and emotional benefits, including lowered blood pressure and heart rate, increased levels of beta-endorphins (i.e., neurotransmitters that serve as pain suppressors); decreased stress levels; reduced feelings of anger, hostility, tension and anxiety; improved social functioning; and increased feelings of empowerment, trust, patience, and self-confidence.
