Our focus is to help individuals, couples and families grow, heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a calm space, listening to your concerns, and collaborating with you to create a plan.

We are a Therapy, Growth and learning service dedicated to creating a diverse environment based on inclusion, compassion, respect and understanding. Our mission is to strengthen our community by offering, Counselling, Equine assisted personal Growth and therapy and other supportive services as needed. We offer services to individuals, families and groups of all cultural and economic backgrounds who have traumd history, or other emotional, physical or spiritual needs. Our work is meant to empower, support recovery and promote well-being. We offer traditional talk therapy, EMDR therapy and we specialize in Equine assisted Therapy and learning .
